We are unable to offer refunds or exchanges for incorrect size selection or change-of-mind purchases.
4. VINYL AND CDs
Vinyl records and CDs available through this website may be fulfilled, shipped, and supported by ElasticStage or other third-party fulfilment providers.
Any questions regarding vinyl or CD orders, including returns, refunds, replacements, damaged items, shipping issues, or manufacturing defects, must be directed to the fulfilment provider responsible for the order.
By purchasing vinyl or CDs through this website, you acknowledge and agree that such products may be subject to the fulfilment provider's terms, conditions, and policies.
Kemi Amos is not responsible for the fulfilment, shipping, returns, refunds, or customer support of vinyl and CD orders handled by third-party fulfilment providers.
5. LOST PACKAGES
If your package appears to be lost in transit, please contact us and we will investigate with the shipping provider.
Replacement or refund decisions will be made on a case-by-case basis.
